Altaf Hussain, founder of Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM), one of Pakistan’s main political parties, has requested Prime Minister Narendra Modi, to grant him and his colleagues asylum in India.
Raking up the Kashmir issue, Khan said: “Eight million Muslims in Kashmir are under siege for almost now six weeks. He made these comments in an interview to Al Jazeera .
On the face of it though, the meeting proved to be of little use with a visibly harried Jadhav, as MEA said in a statement, parroting a false narrative to bolster Pakistan’s untenable claims.
Pakistan PM Imran Khan told a special session of the Pakistan-occupied Kashmir "assembly" in Muzaffarabad that India had plans to attack PoK. He said that by revoking Article 370, India had internationalised Kashmir.
