The platform, called Genpact Cora, is built using the company's original process and industry knowledge with new digital capabilities from its acquisitions of Rage Frameworks.

The revenue target of $20 bn was set by Sikka in fiscal 2015 but slowing industry growth and the company's own challenges have made it a hard one to reach.
