“Kashmir expressed itself in 2010,” Mirwaz Umer Farooq told Friday worshippers from the Jamia Masjid pulpits. “If the delay continued, a situation of public revolution could rise in 2013 and 2014.”
Mirwaiz told a huge Friday congregation that if New Delhi does not take Kashmir solution seriously, a situation of “public revolution” could happen in 2013-14.
