Loan is ok but what is the guarantee that builder will complete and hand over the property to the loaner. Better to go on resale readymade property

Make sure LICHFC disburse maximum 50 percent of asset value.. rest 50 percent should be the down payment. Also maximum home loan amount should not exceed 75L. We do not want to see a another NPA. 30 years of bull market of real estate will end soon.. real estate collapse is unavoidable and it is required for a future healthy economy.

Ridiculous they are just focusing on new customers whereas existing customers are transferring their loans due to high interest

THE LOANS YOU DISBURSE WILL THEY COME BACK OR WILL THEY BECOME NPAS..

This is a ridiculous target - they must disburse at least 1 trillion $ so that India can easily achieve a 5 trillion $ economy
