Printo to launch app for catering to on-demand service, eyes offline expansion
Print and gifting services retail chain Printo will soon launch its app for ordering prints on-demand, coupled with home delivery.
"We have successfully tested our app across 400 orders and will be launching it later this year. Each store requires 2 to 3 years to be profitable but our expansion is funded through internal accruals," said Manish Sharma, chief executive officer of Printo.
The 2006 company which raised Rs 25 crore from Sequoia Capital a year later processes orders for documents, photographs, business cards and gifts from its outlets.
