No point blaming the Government - the ballooning of the AGR dues is largely due to the ridiculously time taken by our courts to pass judgements. To prevent such situations in future, which disassude investors from investing in India, the Government must immediately pass a law requiring arbitrators and courts to pass a judgement on commercial disputes within 4 months.

This typical Indian Govt mentality to not to precisely without any ambiguity define and determine what constituted Revenue (AGR). Court take 20 yrs to settle the issue is harmful & detrimental both for the Industry and Govt Exchequer . No Telcos can pay huge liability of past years dues now nor can Govt force punitive action for recovery as it will compel &force big telcos players to shut shop. Much to the delight of JIO , as new entrant with limited liability. Need to wait & watch how the Industry is not over burdened into losses as well as Govt dues recovered.

Then close ur company, y shld common ppl bear ur losses

We cannot do this. 10% more is a lot of money.
