    Delhi: 166 flights affected by cold wave, 21 international flights delayed

    Delhi: Started today with a season's lowest temperature so far. At 6.10 am, the minimum temperature dropped to 2.4 degree Celsius, said India Meteorological Department (IMD). With the bone-chilling cold, a layer of dense enveloped Delhi today morning and disrupted rail, road and air traffic. Several flights flying in and out of the Delhi international airport have either been delayed or diverted to other nearby airports. The visibility reduced to zero near the Indira Gandhi International (IGI) Airport, said the weather department.
