Before issuing tickets to migrants to their native places, they have to be dissuaded on the ground that their present employers may PENALISE or effect
PAY Cuts to them if they proceed without informing the latter, the probable date of return, say within a few days, a few days only, or else their decision of not returning. Whether operating of the Special Trains to and from New Delhi with Social Distancing would not cause loss to Railways. But during COVID 19 Spread, the Railways would not mind the loss. All hope that all the passengers from all the Stations where the trains are stopped would be thoroughly SCREENED and SANITISED apart from thoroughly DISINFECTING the trains before allowing the first passenger to board the train at the first station. Not to mention the TOILETS in the trains. They have to be Cleaned and DISINFECTED more FREQUENTLY. All the RAILWAY Sations are also to be kept thoroughlyDISINFECTED frequently.

Infact arogyasetu app must be made mandatory for all passengers for contact tracing at a later time if so needed.
