Anita Dongre opened up about the challenges of a startup.
Kavindra Mishra may be an unknown quantity but he’s the person fashion designer Anita Dongre credits for her newfound peace of mind. Mishra was appointed as CEO at the House of Anita Dongre, and she says he has eased things for her at work.

“When you start a business, you get dragged into everything. I am a creative person, but in a startup, you do everything,” she says, adding that she has performed every role, from a peon to HR, from cashier to accountant.

Enter Kavindra Mishra. “When he joined, he told me, ‘Anita, you only design. Do what you do best. I will take care of the rest’. I was waiting for this. I thanked him,” Dongre laughed as she addressed the media at an event in Mumbai recently.
