Anand Mahindra may have entered the sexagenarian's club two years ago, but for the Mahindra Group chairman, age is just a number. The 62-year-old honcho, who generally remains low-key about his fitness regimen, is a marathon regular, but prefers the comfort of his home gym to keep him going.
And heading a multi-billion dollar business has its perks - including the luxury of having the best of fitness machines. One such is housed at Mahindra's gym, which sets exercise levels based on age. He recently shared a picture of him on the machine, which was set at the age bracket of 55-65. "The exercise machine is a brutal reminder of time passing. But who cares? I plan to still be on the machine when I trip the next age band!".
