Lionel Charles, CEO and Founder, IndiaFilings is also a pilot. The tax compliance platform boss told ET Panache that he flies a plane to destress when he is in the United States. In India, stricter rules do not allow him the same joys.

"India doesn't have a strong General Aviation community or infrastructure like in North America. So, I haven't had the chance to fly in India. But, when I go to the US, I continue to fly to keep in touch," he said.

As a pilot, Charles has always had an inherent liking for going fast and adrenaline. While in India, he rides his bike to get that adrenaline rush he needs. He tries to ride his bike every day but makes sure that every weekend he spends some time riding it.

"I ride around the city in my Ducati Monster when I am stressed. The takeoff part in piloting is always very thrilling as you speed down the runway. That part for now at least doesn't get missed too much due to my Ducati," he added.
