Kitchen tales: Archit Gupta's sourdough wasn’t as big a success as ClearTax co-founders; Yash Dongre turned serious about baking in lockdown
During the lockdown Archit Gupta (L) really got down to baking as he found it therapeutic; Yash Dongre has been watching a lot of cooking videos on YouTube and Instagram.

Synopsis

In recent times – and perhaps for the time to come – food expeditions have been a source of pleasure as well as leisure.

The kitchen as a venue for culinary adventures now inevitably seems like the next big thing on the plate. Any way you dice it, recipe searches in India hit a new high record in April. According to Google, there was over a 5,000% increase in searches for Dalgona coffee, with searches for sourdough recipes peaking in May. Lifestyle gourmet food destination Foodhall reported a sharp rise in the sales of flavoured sugar, avocados and edamame beans.
