Lockdown gave Tarun Sinha the opportunity to hone skills like painting and drawing in his daughter.
Tarun Sinha, Head of Horizontal Business Unit at Olx India, is waiting to take off again:

Take off: I want to get back to travel for work. I find that some of my most productive work time is in transit, when you are forced to get off the grid during a flight is the time when I get some uninterrupted work time. The routine of moving across cities and jumping in and out of meetings is now a luxury one cannot wait to get back to. My wife, daughter and I had last planned to visit the Amalfi coast and southern Italy. Since international holidays will be off the charts for some time, we are now just waiting for the right time to take a short road trip.

Fitness first: I have maintained a disciplined exercise routine but Covid19 has made it a bit challenging. So, when we had the first unlock, I ordered some weights, a yoga mat and a chin up bar from Amazon, and set up a mini makeshift gym at home. For cardio I walk and run within the condominium and finally gyms are re-opening. I really miss my badminton games, but hope to get back soon.

Tuck in: We are a family of foodies, some of our favourite being Burma Burma and Mamagoto. We cannot wait to get back to driving down for a good sit-down restaurant experience. Though food delivery has opened up, it cannot beat the dining out experience.

Simple setup: My laptop and phone continue to serve me well, headphones are an added advantage. Between the three, I believe we are sufficiently and efficiently connected and set for a good work from home experience.

Little things: I used to paint and draw, and this time has given me the opportunity to try and hone that skill in my daughter. As a family we have gone back to board games, and have a fitness regime where we keep pushing each other which is all the more critical for kids, as outdoors and sports are restricted.
