The Duke of Cornwall celebrated his birthday with the who's who of the India's business world. And, to top it all, pop singer Katy Perry - who is in the Maximum City for her performance at a music festival - spent some quality time with the British royal.
The the 35-year-old singer, who returned to India after seven years, penned a sweet birthday note for the royal on social media. Clad in a floral light blue dress and sharing a picture with Charles, Perry said that she met with 'many brilliant Indian minds' at the meeting of the British Asian Trust Advisory Council.

Charles, who is first in the line of succession to the British throne, also met Reliance Industries Chairman Mukesh Ambani and Serum Institute of India's Executive Director Adar Poonawalla after a meeting.
Billionaire Poonawala's wife and Chairperson of Villoo Poonawalla Foundation, Natasha, also took to social media to share a picture with Charles and Perry. She describes the 'Roar' singer a a firework, and admired 'his royal highness' for his commitment in strengthening British-Indian ties during his 10th official visit to the country. She confirmed that global challenges like sustainability and climate change were the crucial points of discussion at the meeting.

After the round-table conference with Indian business leaders on sustainable market initiatives, the British royalty celebrated his birthday with school children at the iconic Taj Mahal hotel. He cut the birthday cake at a simple function as more than 20 school children surrounded him.
During his royal tour, the Prince visited Gurudwara Bangla Sahib and Indian Meteorological Department in Delhi on Wednesday.
He will also present a Commonwealth 'Points of Light' award to an Indian winner for her exemplary contribution to the field of social development that involves upliftment of disabled children, family counseling and therapy sessions, a British High Commission statement said.
