They say seduction is art and needless to say, Twitterati are no strangers to it. On Thursday morning, the entire Twitterverse seemed to be obsessed with #SeduceSomeoneInFourWords. In the day and age where millennials swipe right and find that ‘special someone’ on dating apps, Twitter gave lessons on how to woo someone is just 4 words.

The responses, not to anyone’s surprise, were witty and hilarious. From brands to ordinary netizens, everybody tried their hand at ‘seducing’ and boy, did they do a good job...at making people laugh.

For starters, Netflix India ‘seduced’ all the binge-watchers and couch potatoes with a witty one-liner.

Red Chillies Entertainment took us back to the good ol’ days when this catchy, hit number by Akon ruled the charts.

The good folks at Pizza Hut knew exactly what would get a foodie excited.

While Pizza Hut went for foodies, Penguin Books UK knew exactly what their bibliophile audience would love.

The historical Mary Rose Museum, UK made an offer that no history enthusiast can refuse.

Kings XI Punjab, the Twitter handle of the Priety Zinta-owned IPL team took things up a notch and came up with a hilarious poll.

The question asked in the poll were, ‘Tuhannu ki pasand hai?’, which loosely translates to ‘What do you like?’ The poll had cheeky options like ‘KL Rahul di batting’ and ‘Jimmy Neesham de tweets’.

New Zealand International cricketer Jimmy Neesham had a tongue-in-cheek response to the tweet.

When brands all over the place are trying their hand at one-liners, we can’t expect Durex India to stay behind, can we?

Have you tried your hand at this hilarious new challenge?

Those frequent on Twitter would have noticed that many accounts on the micro-blogging platform have started using “Mastodon”. Many have tagged their names to the account and urged their followers to follow suit and quit Twitter to protest against the social platform’s policies..
