It isn't unconventional anymore for top bosses to use social media to connect with job applicants and the Nikesh Arora has done something similar recently.
It isn't unconventional anymore for top bosses to use social media to connect with job applicants and the Nikesh Arora has done something similar recently.
Nikesh Arora is preparing in earnest for his new role as the president of SoftBank. And may be in some distant future, as CEO and chairman Masayoshi Son's successor.

He already has the street cred to lead the company. Now, India-born Arora is hoping to bridge the language gap, by enlisting some help to head the Japanese major.

On May 17, Arora tweeted: It isn't unconventional anymore for top bosses to use social media to connect with job applicants. But it is surprising to note that Arora's tweet hasn't caught on sufficiently as yet, with a mere 12 retweets and a handful responses. May be another shout out is necessary.
