Buzzing stocks: Vodafone Idea, YES Bank, SBI, Dish TV

YES Bank (Rs 482.94 crore) was leading the pack of most active stocks in value terms.
NEW DELHI: Vodafone Idea with over 14.27 crore shares changing hands was leading among the most traded stocks on NSE on Monday.

Shares of YES Bank (number of shares traded: 8.57 crore) , Dish TV India (number of shares traded: 4.58 crore) , Ibull HousingFin (number of shares traded: 1.62 crore) , SBI (number of shares traded: 1.39 crore) , Bank of Baroda (number of shares traded: 1.00 crore) , RBL Bank (number of shares traded: 0.93 crore) , Sintex Inds. (number of shares traded: 0.92 crore) , JP Power (number of shares traded: 0.83 crore) and Alok Industries (number of shares traded: 0.76 crore) also featured among the most traded stocks on the NSE.

YES Bank (Rs 482.94 crore) was leading the pack of most active stocks in value terms.

It was followed by SBI (number of shares traded: 443.06 crore) , Ibull HousingFin (number of shares traded: 427.71 crore) , RBL Bank (number of shares traded: 310.34 crore) , Maruti Suzuki (number of shares traded: 259.74 crore) , Bajaj Finance (number of shares traded: 214.59 crore) , Zee Ent. (number of shares traded: 184.90 crore) , RIL (number of shares traded: 177.58 crore) , Axis Bank (number of shares traded: 175.23 crore) and HDFC (number of shares traded: 174.22 crore)

The NSE Nifty index was trading 14.15 points up at 11,935.65, while the BSE Sensex was up 46.82 points at 40,491.97 around 10:10 am.

In the Nifty index, YES Bank (up 3.21 per cent) , Maruti Suzuki India (up 2.72 per cent) , Zee Entertainment Enterprises (up 2.64 per cent) and Tata Motors (up 2.38 per cent) were among the top gainers.

While HCL Technologies (down 1.62 per cent) , Tata Consultancy Services (down 1.30 per cent) , Hindustan Unilever (down 1.23 per cent) , Bharti Infratel (down 0.81 per cent) and Tech Mahindra (down 0.76 per cent) were the top losers in the index.
