Market watch: Rasoya Proteins, Archies plunge over 5% in trade

In the Nifty pack, 30 stocks were trading in the green, while 21 were in the red.

NEW DELHI: The benchmark equity index BSE Sensex was trading 66.23 points higher at 29,488.62 on Friday.

Shares of Rasoya Proteins (down 25 per cent), ATN Intnl (down 16.67 per cent), Jyoti Structure (down 14.41 per cent), Pan India Corp (down 12.50 per cent), REI Agro (down 11.11 per cent), Nu Tek India (down 6.25 per cent), SE Power (down 6.25 per cent), Archies Ltd (down 5.84 per cent), Aditya Birla Money (down 4.97 per cent), Ind Swift Ltd (down 4.95 per cent), Motor Gen Fin (down 4.86 per cent), Bharati Ship (down 4.64 per cent), SAL Steel Ltd (down 4.55 per cent), and Varun Beverages Ltd. (down 4.47 per cent) were trading lower by over 4 per cent around 11.30 am (IST).

The Nifty index was up 22.15 points at 9,158.55 at around the same time. In the Nifty pack, 30 stocks were trading in the green, while 21 were in the red.

On the NSE, Rasoya Proteins, Intense Tech, Urja Global, SRS Ltd, L&T Technology Services Ltd., Shekhawati Poly, FCS Software, Dollar Industries Ltd., LCC Infotech, Moser Baer, Viji Finance, Ruchi Infra, and Religare hit their fresh 52-week low levels. However, Hotel Leela, Jay Bharat Marut, India Tourism, Bedmutha Ind, Wendt India, Rupa & Co, Mastek Ltd, Orient Bell, Minda Ind, Parrys Sugar, Kamat Hotels, Gillanders Arbu, Zodiac Clothing, Nath Bio-Genes, and Lak Vilas Bank touched their fresh 52-week high.
