NEW DELHI: Nifty futures on the Singapore Exchange traded 22 points, or 0.18 per cent, higher at 12,129, indicating a positive start for Dalal Street. Here are a few stocks which may buzz the most in today’s trade:

ZEEL: Media mogul Subhash Chandra has resigned as chairman of Zee Entertainment Enterprises. Meanwhile, the Singapore government and Monetary Authority of Singapore have hiked their total holding in Zee to 8.44 per cent by acquiring shares through secondary market placement.

RCom: Bharti Airtel, Reliance Jio, Varde Capital and UV Asset Reconstruction Company have submitted bids to buy assets of debt-ridden Reliance Communications, according to banking sources involved in the process.

YES Bank, Reliance Capital: YES Bank sold over 16 lakh shares of Reliance Capital for around Rs 3 crore through an open market transaction. According to bulk deal data available with NSE, the private sector lender sold 16,78,900 shares at an average price of Rs 16.26 apiece. This took the total transaction value to Rs 2.72 crore.

InterGlobe Aviation: DGCA has asked IndiGo to start grounding aircraft that are powered by problematic Pratt & Whitney engines as and when a new aircraft is delivered. The earlier mandate was to replace all old PW engines by January 31, 2020

UPL: Moody's lowered agrochemical company UPL Corporation ratings to stable from positive following weaker than expected operating performance of the group.

Bharti Airtel: Ratings agency Icra downgraded Bharti Airtel's long-term rating from "AA" to "AA-" citing the recognition of higher than anticipated provision pertaining to the Supreme Court judgement on dues payable towards license fees on adjusted gross revenues (AGR) as well as spectrum usage charge in the latest quarterly results

Tata Steel: Moody’s Investors Service said that the cost rationalisation of Tata Steel's European operations is credit positive as it will support a turnaround in the private steel major’s wholly-owned arm TSUKH’s less profitable operations.

Thomas Cook: Travel services firm Thomas Cook India said its corporate restructuring process has been completed after receiving approvals from the NCLT Mumbai and Bengaluru.

ONGC: The oil company has wound up its shale exploration programme midway after spending five years and hundreds of crores of rupees, concluding that India may not have enough commercially-extractable shale reserves.

MMTC: Public sector trading firm MMTC, which has been tasked to import onion on behalf of the Centre to cool prices, has contracted to import 6,090 tonnes from Egypt, and the edible bulb will be supplied to states in a price range of Rs 52-60 per kg.

CG Power: MCA approached the NCLT seeking to reopen the financial statements of CG Power & Industrial Solutions on the basis of the company’s announcement on the exchange about financial irregularities.

DLF: Realty major DLF's arm will invest around Rs 1,500 crore in the next two years on construction of over 3 million sq ft office space in Gurugram, Haryana to tap into growing demand for commercial properties from corporates and co-working players.

Ashok Leyland: Commercial vehicle major Ashok Leyland on Monday said it has tied up with lClCl Bank for vehicle loans for a period of two years.
