NEW DELHI: Shares of PVR traded 0.02 per cent up in Friday 's trade at 10:12 am.

Around 306408 shares changed hands on the counter. The stock opened at Rs 1276.0 and touched an intraday high and low of Rs 1368.1 and Rs 1232.7 , respectively, in the session so far.

The stock quoted a 52-week high of Rs 2118.35 and a 52-week low of Rs 1045.1 .

Vishal Kashyap Mahadevia, the company's Non-Executive Director has resigned from his post.
