I have been investing in the following mutual funds:
Aditya Birla Sun Life Frontline Equity Fund: Rs 5,000
SBI Small Cap Fund: Rs 3,000
Nippon India Small Cap Fund: Rs 2,000
I want to invest Rs 5,000 extra. Please suggest me good large caps. And also suggest mid caps which I can choose in future.

Invest in mid cap schemes only if you can take extra risk to get extra volatility. Reassess your risk profile before investing in them. Mid cap schemes can offer higher returns, but they also fall sharply and go thought a prolonged bad phase. Only investors with high risk tolerance would be able to stay invested in them.
