only for genuine NBFCs not like DHFL of RHFL, who looted / diverted public money through box companies or otherwise.

Government should treat NBFC ncds on par with banks,in that upto Rs.one lac,per ncd should be repaid on due date,with guaranty. Actually this amount should be increased to 5 lacs,for bank fd,ncd etc.

Govt should ensure willing defaulters are brought to justice. Wrt home buyers what kind of price these guys sell homes? 2 crore to 5 crore has become the norm and these are not even high end when compared to GCC and west while we can have them at 1/2 the price with far better quality anywhere on earth. Govt to sustain must tame buisness owners
