Rajasthan: The number of people in the state who have been screened for possible exposure to the novel coronavirus as they had travelled to China has reached 19.
Punjab & Haryana: Two people in Haryana and another in Punjab with travel history to China have been kept under observation after they showed 2019-nCoV-like symptoms.
Goa: A European, with symptoms similar to 2019-nCoV, has also been admitted in the isolation ward of the Goa Medical College and Hospital as a precautionary measure for possible exposure to the novel coronavirus during his recent visit to China.
Mumbai & Pune, Maharashtra: A man was hospitalised in Pune on suspicion of possible exposure to 2019-nCoV during his recent visit to China, taking the total number of such admissions to six in Maharashtra so far — four in Mumbai and two in Pune.
Delhi & NCR: Three persons with a travel history to China have been kept under observation at an isolation ward of the Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital here for possible exposure as well.
And abroad: Preeti Maheshwari, the first Indian to have been diagnosed with Novel coronavirus by a hospital in China (in the city of Shenzhen), has started showing signs of recovery, her cousin Pratibha Maheshwari said, sharing details about her health conditions on Tuesday on social media.
