Russians have not clarified whether Sputnik V Virus Vaccine is 95% effective or 95% educative? Because efficacy isn't the same as effectiveness when it comes to the clinical trials of any vaccine. The past experiences of many vaccines have shown that during trials, the subject chosen are selective, are from selective population. But in reality, there are people who are from the poorest section of population, more weak and of poor health. So the Russians should first clarify this controversy. But I doubt they will. They will prefer to buy our media to publicise their low quality products.
