Karti tweets admiration for Sibal, Singhvi
Shortly after arguments ended at the special court, Karti Chidambaram tweeted his admiration for senior Congress leaders Kapil Sibal and Abhishek Manu Singhvi who appeared in court for P Chidambaram. "It's a privilege to hear @KapilSibal and @DrAMSinghvi in court. Master class. They should video record all court proceedings. Will be most useful to all students of law, particularly those interested in court craft," he tweeted.

What the INX Media case is all about
The money laundering and corruption case against former Finance Minister P Chidambaram is largely centred on the testimony of Indrani Mukerjea in which she claims that the Congress leader asked her to help his son Karti's business in return for granting FIPB approval to her company, INX Media. She also claims in the 2017 written testimony to Enforcement Directorate that she subsequently met Karti Chidambaram in a five-star hotel in New Delhi in 2008 when he asked her to remit USD 1 million into an overseas account owned by him or his associates. Both Chidambarams have vehemently denied the claim.
CBI is also investigating the trail of payments in several companies abroad and letter of Rogatory (LR) have been sent to the concerned countries: ANI reports quoting CBI sources.
