Delhi air pollution: Air Quality reaches ‘Unhealthy’ category

With a dip in mercury in the national capital, air quality recorded in 'Unhealthy' category on October 17. According to Air Quality Index (AQI), major pollutants Particulate Matter 2.5 reached at 229 and Particulate Matter 10 at 229 both in ‘Unhealthy’ category. The air quality was recorded at Lodhi Road in Delhi. Earlier, CM Arvind Kejriwal had requested state governments to take measures as air quality is deteriorating day by day.
