Former Maharashtra chief minister Devendra Fadnavis criticised the ruling coalition Shiv Sena-Congress-NCP for not allocating portfolios despite forming government in the state, adding the upcoming six-day winter session is just a formality as nobody knows who is answerable for various issues including the farmers’ distress in the state. “Winter session of the Assembly has been called for only 6 days. Neither portfolio allocation nor expansion of ministry has taken place since govt formation. It (session) is being held as formality as nobody knows who is answerable,” Fadnavis told reporters in Mumbai.
