BENGALURU: Corporate credit cards company EnKash is looking to scale up its existing team size to 150+ members by the end of next year.

The expansion plan will be rolled out in January and will be carried out across junior to mid-management as well as senior management levels. The company will activate channels such as campus placement, external recruiters as well as talent management consultancies, to acquire suitable talent across key verticals of the business.

With more than 25% of the expansion funds allocated to the technology vertical, building a robust tech team will be one of the focal points of the recruitment drive.

“The expansion of our current team size and the overall capacity building are very well-integrated with the growth plans we have charted out for 2020 and also over the following 2-3 years. We are growing over 25% month-on-month and considering the market is highly under-served right now, we are estimating similar growth trajectory over the next few years,” Hemant Vishnoi, co-founder, EnKash, told ET.
