Silicon Valley startup Vested gets funded by IP Ventures

Vested has partnered with Indian banks to simplify the fund transfer process on its platform.

Fintech startup Vested has raised an undisclosed amount of funding from IP Ventures. California-headquartered Vested is an SEC registered Investment Advisor and is building a product with the goal of enabling sustainable wealth creation by allowing local investors to go global.

It has an office in Mumbai as well. Partnered with a Broker-Dealer in the US, Vested offers zero-commission US stock investing to Indian investors and allows for fractional stock investing.

It has partnered with Indian banks to simplify the fund transfer process on its platform. Vested also offers pre-built portfolios called Vests, which help simplify the investing process for its users.

The investment advisor firm recently bagged a prize of $20,000 at the UC Berkeley's Launch Accelerator for its accomplishments. It has funds from investors across India, US, China, and Singapore.
