Infy CEO Parekh asks employees to stay focused on executing current priorities

Infosys CEO Salil Parekh sent a letter to employees saying the company had to stay focused on executing current priorities to make it easier for it to move into action in April and achieve its goals.

At Infosys’ third-quarter earnings press conference on Friday, Parekh had said that the he would outline the strategic plans for the company in April and would hold an analyst day to share the plan with investors.

“It is important that each of us stays focused on executing our current priorities and reaching the goals that we’ve already set for ourselves. This will make it easier for us to move into action faster in April and achieve all that we will set out to do,” Parekh said in the email. ET accessed a copy of the letter.

Parekh thanked the over 200,000 Infosys employees for the hard work that made the third quarter successful. He added that digital disruption was creating many opportunities for Infosys.

“Today, digital disruption is impacting all our clients as their industries are undergoing massive change. The opportunities in the market for us to create new areas of potential growth for them is immense,” Parekh said.
