    Financial bids for the third bundle of toll-operate-transfer(TOT) auctions were opened on Wednesday. TOT was introduced in 2016 to monetise publicly-funded highways. Under the model, investors make a one-time payment in return for long-term toll collection rights.

    The Nuclear Power Corporation of India, a public sector undertaking admitted to a malware attack on one of the computers in Kudankulam plant, a day after the plant authorities had asserted that cyber attacks on its systems are not possible. Earlier, the NPCIL, in its statement, also said that the plant systems were not affected.
