In a joint venture, the two companies Maruti Suzuki India and Toyota Tsusho Group will set up its vehicle dismantling and recycling unit in Noida, Uttar Pradesh by 2020 and will add more such units across India. MSI will hold 50% share while Toyota Tsusho will hold the remaining 50%. It will be responsible to procure and dismantle end-of-life vehicles.
