    A division bench of Justice G S Sistand Anup Jairam Bhambhani said that the problem lies in the complete lack of will showed by the authorities to implement the ideas to bring down the levels of air pollution.

    According to a 74 page affidavit filed in the High Court, chief of Radha Soami Satsang Beas (RSSB) Gurinder Singh Dhillon has said that in 2010, RHC holdings Ltd (respondent 19) through Singh brothers had approached him to assist them in subscribing for the rights issue, suggesting that they would finance Dhillons to subscribe to the rights issue.

    A five-judge constitution bench headed by CJI Ranjan Gogoi will pronounce the judgement at 2 pm. Other members of the bench are Justices N V Ramana, D Y Chandrachud, Deepak Gupta and Sanjiv Khanna.

    Mahavir Singh Sharma, chairman of the All District Courts Bar Association said the decision was taken in a meeting held on Monday wherein the lawyers stuck to their demand that the police personnel, who fired at advocates, be arrested. On Monday, the lawyers abstained from work in all the district courts. The courts will remain closed on Tuesday.

Lawyers in all the six district courts here abstained from work for the third consecutive day on Wednesday, protesting against the clash between advocates and the police.

    "Same food is available for everyone," said Justice Suresh Kumar Kait after Chidambaram's counsel Kapil Sibal requested the court that home cooked food be allowed to his client in jail.
