SC refuses to entertain plea against imposition of NSA amid anti-CAA protests

A Supreme Court bench comprising Arun Mishra and Indira Banerjee, refused to entertain a plea challenging the imposition of the National Security Act (NSA) amid the ongoing anti-CAA protests. The bench asked the petitioner to file a fresh petition or an interim application in pending pleas on CAA giving specific details of violations of NSA.
