The Bill recognises the property rights of residents of 1,731 unauthorised colonies and also provides some relief to the residents of such colonies in Delhi from registration charges. The properties in these colonies are at present not being registered by registration authorities.

China carrier fleet passes near rival Taiwan
Taiwan's defense ministry said the southbound Chinese fleet passed into the Taiwan Strait but stayed on China's side of the waterway that separates the island from China. The ministry said Taiwan scrambled ships and jets to monitor the fleet. U.S. and Japanese ships were also following the Chinese fleet, the ministry said without giving details.

Vistara to double fleet size by March 2020
Last year, Vistara had ordered 50 aircraft from the Airbus A320neo family, including the A321neo, to be delivered until 2023. With three new Airbus A320neo aircraft, two of the six wide-body aircraft, a Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner, the airline will take the fleet size from 22 aircraft in March 2019, to 42 by March 2020.
